When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days; however, during periods of high demand, please allow 5-8 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For international shipping, please allow 7-10 business days. Orders made on the weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 10 business days to process and ship.
Due to every order being made to upon a customer’s order confirmation, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If your package tracking details page indicates that the package was delivered, we cannot be responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a complaint with the US Postal Service.
Please contact us using the Contact form on the website. You will need your order number and the email address you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via the Contact form on the website.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for return shipping.
Depending on where you live and the item(s) being exchanged, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ask that you please be patient with this process because we want to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I cancel or change my order?
At this time, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
What if my order is faulty and needs to be returned?
If you, upon receiving your product(s) notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this via the Contact form on the website for a replacement. Please contact us within 15 days (U.S. Orders) or 30 days (International Orders) of your item shipping. Items reported after this time limit will not be valid for a replacement.
Orders returned due to an insufficient address are subject to reshipment fees.
Due to every product being fulfilled as it is ordered, reshipments cannot be canceled or refunded. Please note, additional time is required for reshipment.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
